The whole-body map. One comprehensive draw covering your heart, metabolism, liver, kidneys, blood, iron, inflammation, and thyroid. It is the place to start, and the one to repeat each year.
Who it is for. Anyone taking a serious baseline for the first time, or wanting an annual check that goes well beyond a standard physical.
Lp(a) is set by your genes and stays steady for life, so it is a once-and-done test. If you do not already know your number, add it here to find out. There is no need to repeat it year to year.
Each is a separate test on our Ulta store. Tap a name to read what it measures, or order it on its own.
Before testing. Fast 9 to 12 hours (water only) so glucose, insulin, and the lipid panel read accurately, and do not test while ill, since inflammation markers spike with any infection.
When to retest. Repeat annually, or about 12 weeks after a meaningful diet or lifestyle change, to recheck the markers you are working on.
The price shown is this panel's current Ulta package total, verified on the date noted; the exact total always appears at checkout. Some links are affiliate links; we partner with Ulta Lab Tests because it is genuinely the best value and runs on Quest's reference labs. Ulta cannot serve NY, NJ, or RI, a state direct-to-consumer testing rule rather than our choice. Full disclosure →
